Custom orders typically take 5–10 working days depending on the complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be possible — just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll try our best!

Yes! We ship pan-India. Delivery charges vary based on your location (pincode) — metro cities typically have lower shipping costs than remote areas. Final shipping charges are confirmed at the time of order on WhatsApp.

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) are usually 3–4 days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and remote areas may take 5–7 working days or more.

Every order is packaged with care in our signature gift-ready packaging. Flowers are secured with protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit. We treat every order as a gift!

Since all our products are handcrafted to order and personalised, we generally don't accept returns. However, if there's a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, please reach out on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order if production hasn't begun. Once crafting starts, cancellations may not be possible as materials have been allocated to your order.

Spot clean only with a damp cloth if needed. Do not machine wash or soak in water. Keep away from extreme heat. Store in a dry place when not in use.
